One thing I like about android is its predilection for dark scheme. For example the settings app is white text on black. The default keyboard is white text on dark keys. Many third party apps follows suit and offer choice of either light or dark interface.
This matters to me because my eyes are sensitive to light so I really prefer the white text on dark background, like from the old pre Mac pre Windows, text UI days.
Alas, the screen shots previewing android L look like it's going to be white white white everywhere. This is bad enough in itself but I'm afraid it will have a trickle down effect and everything else will be white too. I hope not
