Amazon free apps

I installed Eufloria, Unpossible, Plex, Toca Town (for the kid), and the Human Anatomy app. Already have Alpha Wave (good shoot-em-up) and World of Goo.

I been on to the Amazon App give away for a while. It is not unlimited however, I think there is a $150 limit per person, so choose what you want wisely. So far some of the good ones I downloaded were: Doombad, riptide 2, R-type, sleepwalker's journal, mines of Mars, real steel hd, monster ate my birthday cake, scatch book pro, and knock knock. However, some of the Amazon store's free give away are free anyway on the google play store. Today for example, I downloaded the free give away 'Edmondo tracker pro' which suppose to cost $4.99, but it turns out its actually not a real Edmondo tracker pro, but a 14 day trial version. Also, I bought the AV app 'AVG AV pro' for I think $0.99. It turned out that the AVG pro I purchased from Amazon app was not the most updated version, it was a version from a year ago. How Amazon get away with this kind of thing I just don't know. I can see why their flag ship phone fire, which depends on the Amazon App store for downloading apps, is not selling well.

Are you talking about the Amazon Appstore app, or the general Amazon app? Try going to Settings>Apps, select the app, and Force Stop, then Clear Cache/Clear Data.

Yeah, Amazon's been doing this more and more--it seems once every 1-2 months, they'll have a pretty big batch of free apps that usually cost something. I make it a habit to check Amazon Appstore for their Free App of the Day or any other app sales every night before going to bed.

I had the issue fix on Amazon app in general. Anyway, their free give aways aren't for long. I tried downloading Carbs Control yesterday and the charge is back.

Yeah, the big app sales usually go on for about 2-3 days at most, so you have to be fast!

Today it has a good game if you haven't pick it up already. I've been wanting to get this game "the trouser heart" for a while. I wasn't sure about the $2.99 price tag since I wanted to be sure it was a good game. Now it is free? Damn, uhh this is not one of the most entertaining game ever, straight forward game play, but it gets harder as you go along, definetly worth the price if I have to pay for it, but the best part is, I don't. Thanks Amazon app, for giving me another good game free. (Seriously, I really wonder why all these free apps, nothing is free in this world, hope we all don't have to pay the piper later.)

Well, if I were to say. Amazon is giving away these free apps because it wanted to compete with Google Play Store.
