I'm debating between tablet ecosystems.

Ever since Windows 8.0, I went to Apple for my PC. I might pick up a Chromebook, too... though.

Anyway, do I lose any google functionality if I select iOS.... a new iPad Air 2?

I'm mostly interested in Google Drive, Google Docs, Calendar, etc.

I'm a tad annoyed by the lack of folders and files in iOS, but there are some other things I would gain in terms of the iPad's interaction with the Macbook.

So, what google-life stuff would I lose on the iPad?

Android intents. For example if you are in the stock email app and want to open a YouTube video, address, Web link, etc then it would not let you select youtube, maps, or Chrome. There is cross usage between Google apps
