The best cameraphone for video shooting ?

So guys ,i am wanting to buy a new phone ,but the feature i use the most is the camera,i saw the lumia cameras are the best for film making,but i dont know if i will adapte to the windows,i saw this video and i really liked it

my doubt is: there are any android phone with such good quality or better ?
Also there are some good features i want on the android phone like manual controls During shooting video , there are some Samsung or another brand with it ?

Note 4 hands down. I think is the best camera out there, outside of the lumia line. Even then, the photos the note takes are superb.

Another vote for the note 4 - the 4k recording is brilliant, especially outdoor shooting. I now have the Nexus 6, which is also a great option as it has 4k recording too.
