Best rated low light, very low light Android camera?

One that takes good clear shots in dark indoor areas that also doesn't turn any existing light sources like lamps into blurry blobs. I already know the iPhone we own does good in these situations with zero flash even but not sure about the Android side other than maybe the S6.
