Good for Enterprise (Sprint)

Do I need to call sprint to get a service add on, or can I just download the app and get a Pin from IT and go? I called sprint but couldn't really get an answer. Nobody really even heard of "good."

Whoever runs your corporate account has to approve access for your phone. That is so you Good is only linked to a single device. Then you need a PIN from your administator to activate the app.
