Is it posible to cast from android devices to a computer screen with hdmi? without a computer connected to the screen.

HDMI is a wired connection, so you need at least one computer, your phone, connected to the TV. You never need any other computer for an HDMI connection.

If your phone does HDMI, just get an HDMI cable adapter for it.
