Can't cast from mobile devices.

For some reason, I cannot cast from my iPad or my Samsung Galaxy S3. I can cast from Chrome on my pc. Both devices connect to the same wireless AP. It was working before. The Cast button appears on my ipad when using Hulu or Netflix, but the Chromecast device is not listed. On my Android phone, the button doesn't even appear. Only thing that has changed is that I just recently changed ISP providers from ATT Uverse to Charter. I was using ATT's router, but am now using a Linksys WRTU54G-TM. I've tried resetting the Chromecast device. It shows as connected. Anyone else have this problem?
