Nexus One on AT&T EDGE

I am planning to buy N1. The location where I am, there is no T-Mo and AT&T is the only decent choice I got. How is your experience on AT&T EDGE and what kind of data plan you have?

what about Verizon? why go to AT&T and be plagued with all of the voice and data problems people have been experiencing for years.

Well, I am on family plan and my wife recently upgraded her phone to iPhone. So, in a way I am stuck with AT&T for a while.

Eh, it's EDGE, so it's slow. But if you're around WiFi all day, you'll be fine.

Actually nobody really complained about AT&T prior to the iPhone. At least no more so than any other carrier. You put the iPhone on any network from the beginning and chances are you'd have similar issues.
