Random reboots occur 100% of the time under following conditions:
- Using Android Transfer Utility to transfer multiple files (say more than 20) or a large file (say more than 250MB)
- using tTorrent to download anything - uTorrent does not cause crashes (but is way suckier than tTorrent!)
in addition, pretty much ANY processor intensive activity will have at least a 50% chance of causing a reboot.
Turning off Location Services DID NOT HELP AT ALL.
really - it's ridiculous.

Didn't know I could download apple apps. What the heck is jail breaking? I've heard of rooting but not sure how to do that either.... My big goal is to get flash on my nexus 10.... I've heard b patient, but this I'd crazy.... Anyway, ab jail break? Thanks
