Goole Nexus 10 - auto-rotate not working

Hi guys,
The auto-rotate function in my Google nexus 10 stopped working...
I installed several apps to monitor the accelerometer sensor and it seems to be working fine...
Did a hard reset and the auto-rotate still does not work.
Please, help me!

I assume you pulled down the right side quick settings menu and made sure the Auto Rotate square doesn't say "Rotation Locked?"

yes, the auto rotate is on (not locked) in the quick settings menu...

I have the same problem. At first, when I was playing a game, for instance a racing game, the car would automatically turn right. Also, the screen wouldn't turn, and the photosphere on the camera didn't work in landscape mode. When I used an app to recalibrate, the problem with the auto-turning right was fixed, but the screen still won't turn. The photosphere also still doesn't work. Can someone please help?

I just got my Google Nexus 10 & the auto rotate works perfectly in all apps & screens except Netflix, where it's critical of have it it landscape mode!

I've been having gyro issues which makes Photosphere impossible to use. I installed https://forums.androidcentral.com/e...s?id=imoblife.androidsensorbox&token=_SvRXMj4 to troubleshoot. I'd be curious to know if those with issues tried this app to see if the gyro, accelerometer etc. Are working.

I seem to be the only one with this issue but I wonder if the auto rotate thing is related.

I can " calibrate" and get it functional. Also, it doesn't happen the time. But if I go into the gyro, I get a spinning cube. I poster a video in the thread linked above.

Open Youtube
It should be in portrait mode
Go into the top right menu and choose settings
Scroll to the bottom and pick Accessibility
Uncheck the autorotate
It should switch to landscape mode
Go into the top right menu and uncheck "Lock autorotate"
You should then be able to put your video in full screen mode and watch it that way.
