Missing Users Option Under Settings

Hey guys. I just got a new Nexus 10. I am looking to set up multiple user accounts for it, but when I go to Settings -> Device, there is not an option for users. I've seen screenshots where it should be, but it's not there. I ran the latest updates and verified it has Android 4.2.

Do I need to do something first? Am I missing something?

Well that was my initial reaction but multiple users was introduced in 4.2, no? 4.2.1 was pushed for the "December" fix, I thought.

you are right 4.2.1 was just to fix december bug and enabled some controller function.

4.2 with older build number didn't enable multiuser. later Google released the same 4.2 with a new build and that enabled multi user.

so to OP. update to latest version

Thanks still1. I'm sure that's it.

Now this turns into a new question. I ran a system update when I first got it, and it said it was updating to 4.2.1.
Now when I run system updates it says I am up to date. Anything I should try?

I had to restore the tablet, but after that I was able to successfully install the update and I'm working just fine. Build number is JOP40D

IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ANYONE DOING THIS: After the tablet was wiped, I immediately tried to install an update. It said I was up to date and this worried me. After about 5 minutes I got a notification informing me the update had been downloaded and was ready to install. Just so you don't worry like I did.
