I'm highly considering buying a Nexus 10, so.. should I do it or wait until next version? I hear Google I/O is right about the corner.

What do you guys think?

I was asking myself the same question. I just bought a 32 GB nexus 10 for $400. I don't think what's coming out is going to be that much better.

Buy the 10 it just came out less than 6 months ago and from what im reading and hearing theyre not introducing the new n10 at I/O and wont be for a few more months so yea id get the 32 version I did and havent regretted it once yet and Im not getting how people are saying the screen is too much for the hardware makes no sense mine has never lagged at all and I game pretty hardcore on it as much as a tablet will allow lol mine rates over 14000 on antutu and overclocked to 1.9 it gets up around 20000 man I love this tablet

The nexus 10 will be around for a while, and to me the next one probably won't have anything that will make me wanna replace this one.

This is from me, on my EVO 3D.

If you believe the rumored specs of the Galaxy Tab 3, it almost matches the specs of the Nexus 10.

Given the follow up might be quite different (likely the only thing you can count on is a powerful SoC and at least the same resolution), potentially made by a different manufacturer, if there's something you particularly like about the Nexus 10, it makes sense to get it now. My concern would be that it takes a much less ergonomic design and the speakers move to the back.
