I've had the N10 since it first came out and it never lags and has not rebooted since the first OS update. (OS4.2.2; Build number JDQ39) I mostly use the Chrome browser.

Flickering lights then black out
Never had this either.

WiFi problems
No wifi problems for me at home, work, or in hotel.

Slow charging
It does take a long time to charge this beast. It got a little faster using the pogo charger cord.

Slow file transfer to computer via USB cable
No problem for me here.

Scratches and dents to look forward too
Get a case and a screen protector! (Maybe you've dropped your N10 one too many times, causing all of your problems.)

Not sure what your agenda is but your problems may be due to user-error, bad apps, or you've loaded your N10 up with too much porn!
My experience with the N10 has been extremely good, with none of the problems that you have!

You must have gotten a bad unit to suffer all that.

I've had mine for a couple of months now with none of those issues.

I've had mine for a couple of months now and my only complaint is the wifi speed. Only get 2-3 bars in the same room that my laptop and wife's ipad are full strength.

RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization

Generally if you want to return a defective device while under warranty, you will get this authorization number.

I'd call the business where you purchased this and ask them if they handle this process. If not, you'll need
to go through the manufacturer's customer service process.

"Full Bars" mean absolutely nothing. As far as I know there is no standardizing agency that enforces 1 bar = X% Signal Strength, 2 bars = Y % Signal Strength etc. In fact I seem to recall Apple once had an issue with incorrectly reporting signal strength on either their mobile or wi-fi signal strength.

Your best bet is to see if you can find a wi-fi signal meter app that can run on all 3 devices and compare the results.
