4.3 App Ops problem

[S_Circuit]

Launching App Ops in 4.3 via Permission Manager results in a continiously spinning loading icon for all apps categories except messaging. Anyone else having this problem?

App ops is supposed to be hidden because it isn't ready for use yet. That's what I remember hearing. I can see it being fully operational for Key Lime Pie though.
