How can I lock the uninstall feature in the app drawer

Hi, I'm new to these forums. I want to Lock certain apps, and have found hundreds. However when I tested them I found that I am still able to uninstall the apps, even when I run the lockapp as a device administrator and lock the app, settings, even the install/uninstall feature found in some apps. I can lock the app itself easily enough but I'm worried that my young daughter can bypass the security system by going app drawer and uninstall it. Is there a way/app to pin protect the uninstall from the app drawer?

If you use a third party launcher such as nova, you can lock the desktop, preventing changes like uninstall or adding to home screens, etc
