Hope not nexus 4... Samsung already messed it up with nexus s and galaxy nexus. Would be strange to go back to numbers. What happens after a nexus 5? Google will have to pay bank to do a n6

I would guess optimus nexus, though that sounds even worse than galaxy nexus. I also think it would be weird to call it a nexus 4, especially since the nexus 7 is a thing that exists.

But yeah, Optimus Nexus would be nice credit to LG but it doesn't have that certain feel to it. It sounds... off.
Nexus 4 is simple but idk

LG Crystal Nexus would sound BAMF imo.

Nexus 4 sounds good for now but may be confusing later to name future nexus devices.

I reckon it'll be called the LG Nexus 4. Of course, if it is named this, 4-inch devices that follow will have to be called something like 4X, 4T etc.

As the release date is coming nearer, there appear more and more pictures taken by Google-engineers with the "Nexus 4" on picasa. You can find some on the G+-profile of Jason Parks:

I prefer the name "Nexus 4" over the name "Optimus Nexus", so I am fine with the choice.
