what would the pros and cons be?

in my opinion the nexus 4 would fit better on ATT at this time with no LTE. only because it has H+ which is what the gsm carriers have.. vzw users would be stuck on 3G..

Uh, easy AT&T. Verizon uses can't even use this phone.

The phone won't operate on Verizon at all, so that's not an option .

Vzw won't get it. Even if they did you'd get much faster speeds with AT&T since the 4 has no LTE
