    Default Miracast Compliant Devices

    First read this thread and be aware of Miracast pre-Compliant devices.
    [Warning] Careful buying pre-compliant Miracast adapters


    There are only few products that are miracast compliant. its a very short list and most/All are not released yet

    TV's from sony and samsung.

    LG Electronics - media dongle DWD-300
    Sony - USB wireless adapter module
    Samsung - Echo-P Series TV

    Thanks for this, thought I should say it in post form so it bumps it up a little so more people can see. As i presume its night time for the majority for this board.

    Why not just include it into the GoogleTV device and get more companies on board? I'd like a GoogleTV that's NOT made by LG, ( or Sony,) or a connector device to work with my current TV's, again, NOT made by LG or Sony and available locally!

    Haven't used it in ages to be honest. But last time I used it, it still had it's issues. Though it was much better than it was months before that.

    You have to make sure you get the latest firmware.

    The last firmware I had running was V2.2.16

    Looks like they have updated it 3 times since then.

    The list of notes are pretty big, I think I'll give it another try when I have some time. Interested to see how the new firmware + Kit-Kat works.
