I have it set to refresh every 10 seconds.
I have it set to refresh the 16 GB nexus 4 page.
Here is the sweetness. I have it set to play this air horn sound once the words "ADD TO CART" appear on that page. Airhorn Sounds | Effects | Sound Bites | Sound Clips from SoundBible.com

If I'm in a good sleep, this sound may give me a heart attack, but I'll risk it for Nexus.
