New Nexus 4 purchase: Anyone get a shipping notification or tracking number?

This is stupid..I am one of the first to order and I get nothing...this whole thing just gives me an incentive to checkout W8 mobile...might just grab me a 920 and cancel this thing...shipping to those who ordered after me is an insult for someone who has been with Google and Android since conception...way to screw your loyal customers Google....

Its weird how Google did this. I ordered mine fairly late 8:56am PST and I got my shipping email this morning, should be here Monday. I ordered a 16gb, no bumper.

What's really weird is I've seen a couple people on this forum and rfd that got NO shipping confirmation emails or anything and lo-and-behold UPS showed up at their door with a phone today...

I ordered the N4 Tuesday at 8:32. Wednesday morning I decided to order the N7. Wednesday afternoon I thought I might need a cover for the N7 and ordered it. So, N4 confirmation and now limbo. N7 confirmation and would ship today. Nothing so far. Case shipped this afternoon. Says I'll have it Monday. Yeah they got the important stuff out.

I had a windows Phone 7 Samsung Focus... was a nice phone and a nice OS but very limited at the time. Now that Windows phone 8.x is out, it looks a lot better. I contemplated it but the app store is a deal breaker for me.

And I agree.. no apple for me

Have fun on your trip with your new phone!

I delayed the trip till morning. It cost me some grief with the girlfriend but I could not leave till it was delivered.

So far I am very impressed with the N4. Coming from the iPhone world this thing is blowing me away.
