Your Canadian HSPA+ 42 ?

Hey,

I am currently with rogers, and I believe they only support HSPA+ 21 speeds. I no longer have a contract with them, and was wondering if there are any service providers (Toronto Ontario) that do indeed support the HSPA+ 42 networks.
