I am seeing a few people now with that problem, I think it is another bug LG has to work out, could be assembly problem, could be a connection problem with battery to the charging part of the board, if I were you and anybody having any problems, call Google immediately and get a new phone, I am sure you will be able to keep this phone before receiving new phone, but I don't know Google way about this.
It does seem to take longer than normal on the Nexus 4 and 10. I haven't timed it yet but I don't think mine is charging as slow as the OP.
This is a problem I think with the Android software
I remember that my old iphone 4 would go 10 % higher in 5 ~ 10 minutes of charging
My galaxy Nexus would need 20 minutes to do that
Usually, my iPhone 4 took 45 ~ 60 minutes to fully charge from 0
My galaxy nexus would take 2 ~ 3 hours to fully charge
That is a thing google should work on, I think
I think its mainly hardware not softwareQuote:

That had to be something wrong with your phone. I went from 12% charge to 90% in 4 hours plugged into a laptop, would have been faster with the wall charger.Quote:

discharged my phone last night, left it discharged overnight, plugged it in around 8.30 and after about 3h or so it was on 100%
I am having the same problem. I plug the phone into the original charger before going to bed (the phone shows "Charging/AC") and in the morning the charge level is about 70%. It happened two nights in a row. I looked at the charging timeline (Settings->Battery) and I see that the charge goes up for about 3 hours and then the phone starts discharging by itself, even though the green bar at the bottom of the chart shows that the phone is still plugged in.

I called Google customer service and after going through several standard questions ("Did you have a power outage overnight?" :)), the customer support rep said that it probably means that the battery is defective and that they would replace the phone. I already received the replacement paperwork.
I must say that even though purchasing the phone was a nightmare, the customer service is excellent so far.
I realize charging phones on computers isn't the best way of charging devices, but I noticed the battery percentage actually dropping while plugged in for awhile(half hour+) before beginning to slowly recharge(yes all apps closed on phone and screen off). Could be just inaccuracy on the battery % meter. Of course wall charging times is not bad.
