Did you were one of who like me received a e-mail telling it was backorder and was sending withing 3weeks?

I have bought the nexus 4 + anti shock case and nexus 10 in the same trasaction. Big mistake i made... I'm sure they will not ship my thing because they are missing the anti shock case....

You don't understand about the 3week delay email i have received, or because i think they will have difficulty to have in stock the protection case and i will wait for my 2 nexus devices because the case is backorder?

Its clearly and quite obvious at the very least as to why people would say its misleading, within the context of the Nexus situation. For anyone making a thread on an android "fanatic" site like this, and not think to put eBay in the title, and then compound it by not even understanding what the confusion or problem is..that's just oddball. On eBay, it's $100-150 more for the 16 GB model on average, and I can live with 8 GB if I start to use cloud storage.
