Nope. You can only place Play Store orders online. I know, it sucks.

Yea I tried that today...

Me: Hello Id like to place an order for a Nexus 4.

CSR: We cant take over the phone orders, you have to use the website.

Me: I’m trying but the website is not working.

CSR: We are not allowed to take over the phone orders, it’s a security thing.

Me: That’s weird. Lots of company’s take phone orders on products.

CSR: We’ve been told to tell folks to just keep hitting refresh.

Me: So that’s Google’s answer to customer service?

CSR: It’s a high demand product so yea.

As you can imagine Im not really a fan of google right now...

Go on the website hit refresh a few times and order it... worked for me. This has nothing to do with customer service, this has to do with a huge hyped up product being released with a lot of demand.

I guess I would buy that if this was the first time. Its not like Google's a mom and pop shop with limited resources.
