Extended Volume Controls

Anyone with the Nexus 7 may notice the "extended volume controls" feature it has . It's when you're adjusting the volume there is a settings button that'll let you change the other volumes (media, call, notifications, etc) without having to go into the settings. Why is this not on the Nexus 4? And if it is, I'm completely missing it. Dont see it...

You'll need to go back to CM or another ROM to get this function back.
