Nexus 4 Ordered on November 27: Order Status and Tracking

No you're not. I have the same problem and am calling google tonight. Does anyone know the number? I am very irritated that they did not offer a free shipping option, forcing you to choose overnight or 2nd day, and after paying for 2nd day I have waited 6 days (if you include the weekend) and not even gotten any sign UPS actually has it (my tracking number says processing and the YBOD). If it had been actual 2nd day, I would have had it yesterday since it shipped on the 29th according to ups and 30th according to google wallet. I was in the 1-2 week wave.

I'll check in with my status since i've been foilowing xda/android central forums in regards to the google play fiasco...

Missed the first wave on Nov 13th...(spammed the site the entire day) :(

Finally managed to get one during the second wave...

google charged my card 11/27 then immediately removed the charges...now the charge is showing on my bank statement. (google wallet status has changed as well)

I was a bit worried about the ybod that some were stating...thus, i received an email this morning about 1am stating the order has been shipped

Looks like i finally lucked out...for those of you who are still waiting, just be patient...

I'm a bit bitter at this point due to the fiasco that users including myself had to endure...

stay patient, eventually we will receive our devices... :(

IF you are in the 2-3 week window, you are in the clear and have always been in good status - even getting your phone early.

Seems those of us in the 1-2 week window are getting screwed. Seems more and more likely as each hour passes.
 
If I don't get an updated tracking/ delivery by tonight I'm going to make a second order and see which one comes first. I'm a 1-2 weeker with a stuck label created 11/29.

I'm a 1-2 weeker and received the shipping email 11/30 and one that is in YBOD. I know it's frustrating but for everyone else that is in this situation, it doesn't mean the phones haven't been shipped. I pre-ordered the N7 right after the announcement and when it shipped, the label was created 7/11 and I received it 7/17. During those six days, UPS never updated the status and showed the YBOD the entire time. The only time it changed was when it was actually delivered. It went from "Shipping Label created" straight to Delivered, NO updates on where it was in between. Just because the 2-3 weekers are getting theirs updated and will receive theirs tomorrow, us 1-2 weekers could also receive them tomorrow without ever getting an update. Now I'm only basing this off of one experience I had with the nexus 7 but it could be similar with the N4.

Yes - I have this same possible theory as our best case scenario... of course, this one among about 5 other much more horrible scenarios.
 
I'm still holding out hope that mine will arrive by the end of the week... Please Google, I can't take much more of this...
 
As far as I can tell, if you ask simple questions it takes 2 days or more, I just complained a lot using some swear words and they replied within 15 minutes. Gave me total horse for info though.
To people who've emailed the play store customer service, about how long did it take for them to respond? this is getting insane
 
What i'm starting to think happen is they shipped the 2-3 week nexus 4 8gb first. Then the 16gb nexus 4 1-2 week are....

that would be awesome if we did, but remember some posters had called Google before and they SAID our labels were mistakes and shouldn't have been created that early. If that is true, then we really are stuck because they must be preparing to ship the 3-4 weekers and rest of 2-3weekers.
 
My order situation is all the same. I just got off the phone with them and they weren't sure what was wrong. A shipping specialist is supposed to email me in 24-48 hours. Not much help... I'm considering canceling my order and re-ordering. Since it seems like the 2-3 week people are getting theirs on thursday. So all the other weeks should be getting theirs soon too.

This is the worst experience I have had ordering something online. Mainly because of the misinformation Google and UPS are providing.

You really need to take into account the number of orders that Google has to ship and the tremendous number of packages UPS will deliver between now and New Years Day. All because UPS does not provide any tracking information does not necessarily mean that the device has not shipped. While it is the most likely scenario that your device has not shipped yet, getting all worked up about it will not solve any problems. Just sit back and relax knowing that at some point the device will show up at your doorstep.

I originally called because I thought I may have been the only one that is experiencing this; but now I know that this is not true. Judging by the number of replies to this thread, I'm sure Google is aware that this is a problem. Just give them some time to sort it all out. :)

Lets see which order gets the shipping information first!

I ordered on 27th @ 4:58pm PST...2-3 shipping slot.

Called Play Store..talked to a lady and asked her if i should cancel my order and reorder. She said no, even after waiting 2-3 weeks.
That would make my order become 3-4 weeks/4-5 weeks, etc...might as well try to place order now and see how fast they ship it....cancel the other order since i wont have the funds for it later anyway~

Doubtful, as myself and other 2-3 weekers ordered the 16GB and have our delivery scheduled for tomorrow. UPS tracking shows it's left Kentucky and is in transit on time. Google just can't seem to ship with any sort of consistency or logical pattern. That's why some 1-2 weekers are in a bit of limbo and some who ordered on November 13th still haven't gotten their phones. It's just a huge mess.

On the 27th, the earliest you could order the 8 GB model was with the 4-5 week window. That's what I did. I still have no shipping info, but they seemed to just charge my card. I hope that is a good sign.
 
Am I the only one who is still stuck in limbo with tracking and has 1-2 week estimate with Nov 30 shipping notification?

Because this is officially starting to bug me a lot, mostly since 2-3 weekers are having a good time tracking, while I in the 1-2 week is still stuck in limbo.

Mine did not arrive today, if it does not come tomorrow and I am still in tracking limbo. I will probably start spamming the Google shipping specialist with emails.

LMAO... i called google and the rep tried to give me the work around. he told me that even though my item was shipped on the 29th, my email said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship so i should wait that long.

LMAO WRONG !. it says one to 2 weeks to ship, not 1 to 2 weeks to deliver!

since my stuff was shipped and charged on the 29, that means i should get it delivered now.
seriously, i'm waiting till tomorrow to see if any update and if not i'ma call them and b*tch for a shipping refund. this is not cool. THEY GOT MY HOPES UP!
 
I placed my order in the 1-2 week window. I received a notification that my device had shipped on Friday (11/30). Card was charged at the same time. UPS has been presenting me with the famous "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated." Spoke with Google Play support both yesterday and today at 1-855-836-3987. Each time they told me they will have the "shipping experts" look into the issue and get back to me. As of yet no one has gotten back to me.

Same with me.. Nobody responded back to me yet. Been over 48 hours.
 
2-3 weekers, please stop putting your shipping confirms here while 1-2 weekers (like me) still are in limbo hell

I mean no offense, it is making me sad and very pissed everytime I see it
