I'm in the same boat as everyone else. I got all excited for nothing. Meanwhile all my accessories are starting to arrive before the phone.
Was anyone else forced to select "Link this device to my Google account." during the ordering fiasco? Whenever I unchecked it, it emptied my cart. Perhaps a bottleneck is getting these devices synced up. I'm imagining a dark warehouse with thousands of Nexus 4's boxed up to the ceiling with 1 Google Intern plugging in 1 Nexus 4 at a time getting them synced. After it's synced, he has to sort through a gigantic stack of shipping labels to be sure the right phone gets to the right person. Then he has to haul the shipping boxes via an old wheel barrel to the tractor trailer which must be filled up before dropping them off at UPS. Obviously nothing is shipping out until it's all done!
