Am I the only one who is still stuck in limbo with tracking and has 1-2 week estimate with Nov 30 shipping notification?

Because this is officially starting to bug me a lot, mostly since 2-3 weekers are having a good time tracking, while I in the 1-2 week is still stuck in limbo.

Mine did not arrive today, if it does not come tomorrow and I am still in tracking limbo. I will probably start spamming the Google shipping specialist with emails.

Mine is stuck aswell. If it is not here tomorrow, I will call and ask for a refund on shipping. I called Google earlier today and they were very polite, but clueless about the whole ordeal. If The 2-3 weekers get theirs tomorrow, Google better AT LEAST send us an e-mail as to why.

Yeah. It seems like MOST of the shipping emails on the 30th were wrong. Sorry.

I'm in the same boat. I have sent google 2 emails now with no response. Is there another email to contact shipping specialists? I have just been using the link from Play.

No, there are a bunch of us....I'm in the same boat. I wrote an email to google but I will probable end up with the same generic response everyone else got.

Here's another update for me. Earlier I updated that I received a shipping email from Google. Now I can say with certainty that my phone will be here tomorrow (if UPS is to be believed).
My original order time was-
11/27/2012
4:57CST
2-3 weeks estimated delivery time

Here is my updated UPS tracking info saying my package is in transit and on time-

No you're not. I have the same problem and am calling google tonight. Does anyone know the number? I am very irritated that they did not offer a free shipping option, forcing you to choose overnight or 2nd day, and after paying for 2nd day I have waited 6 days (if you include the weekend) and not even gotten any sign UPS actually has it (my tracking number says processing and the YBOD). If it had been actual 2nd day, I would have had it yesterday since it shipped on the 29th according to ups and 30th according to google wallet. I was in the 1-2 week wave.

If the 2-3 weekers do get their phones first, I'm gonna be pissed. I was just waiting it out and giving Google time, but if Friday comes and I don't have my phone, AND 2-3 weekers do, I'm going to be outraged. This is getting absurd now that 2-3 weekers have received tracking info that is being updated.
Some 13th'ers still don't have there phones or shipping info. So it seems to me that all is going as normal for this experience.

Can anyone help explain this? I orderded my 16GB nexus 4 on Nov 27, I paid with my prepaid credit card which had more than enough funds to cover the phone. So after checkout I checked the balance on my card and indeed the funds were deducted and i received the email stating my phone would be shipped in 2 - 3 weeks. On my cc site this transaction showed up as pending. So now today some 8 days later the funds are back on my card. Im hoping my order wasnt cancelled and that this is normal. Thanks for any input

I placed my order in the 1-2 week window. I received a notification that my device had shipped on Friday (11/30). Card was charged at the same time. UPS has been presenting me with the famous "A UPS shipping label has been created. Once the shipment arrives at our facility, the tracking status will be updated." Spoke with Google Play support both yesterday and today at 1-855-836-3987. Each time they told me they will have the "shipping experts" look into the issue and get back to me. As of yet no one has gotten back to me.

Your order was not canceled. Google does not charge your card until your phone actually ships. Before that, there is a "pending" charge, which means it is deducted from your available credit (or for a prepaid card, your balance), but the transaction does not yet take place. Transactions can be pending on your card for only so long. After a certain period, the money gets put back into your card if not charged. Google will charge your card when your phone ships. Make sure to keep the balance.

After a short phonecall with a Google representative, all they can say is that Google is aware of the issue and some of the reps haven't been told anything. I really wish there would be some better communication on Google's side...

omfg! I don't know how many times this has been said. It will be charged, it will drop, it will come back when the phone ships....

Except we were charged, it was dropped, we were charged again two days ago, and still have that fracking yellow box. Frack you, Google!

I'm a 1-2 weeker and received the shipping email 11/30 and one that is in YBOD. I know it's frustrating but for everyone else that is in this situation, it doesn't mean the phones haven't been shipped. I pre-ordered the N7 right after the announcement and when it shipped, the label was created 7/11 and I received it 7/17. During those six days, UPS never updated the status and showed the YBOD the entire time. The only time it changed was when it was actually delivered. It went from "Shipping Label created" straight to Delivered, NO updates on where it was in between. Just because the 2-3 weekers are getting theirs updated and will receive theirs tomorrow, us 1-2 weekers could also receive them tomorrow without ever getting an update. Now I'm only basing this off of one experience I had with the nexus 7 but it could be similar with the N4.

My order situation is all the same. I just got off the phone with them and they weren't sure what was wrong. A shipping specialist is supposed to email me in 24-48 hours. Not much help... I'm considering canceling my order and re-ordering. Since it seems like the 2-3 week people are getting theirs on thursday. So all the other weeks should be getting theirs soon too.

This is the worst experience I have had ordering something online. Mainly because of the misinformation google and UPS are providing.
