Like a number of you, I have been waiting patiently for my nexus 4 which was ordered on the 27th to be processed. My status hasn't changed since that day, still reading pending so I decided to send Google a note which is as followed:
I am writing this note in regard to the order which I placed for the Nexus 4 16GB on the night of the twenty-seventh of November at eight forty-seven pm. After placing this order I received a confirmation through my Google Mail account and my Google Wallet account which stated that the order was pending. This status has not changed since that first confirmation over two weeks ago.
I have been monitoring the website, androidcentral.com which has set up a forum on the Nexus 4 and specifically in my situation the heading: nexus-4-ordered-november-27-order-status-tracking, here is the link:

What I am reading and seeing form that forum is that orders placed weeks after mine have been fulfilled, I am also reading that some customers who have been waiting as I have on orders placed the day of the twenty-seventh have been successful in having their orders fulfilled by reordering this device as late as late week, and then canceling their order for the twenty-seventh. These orders have also been fulfilled.
I would like to know why this situation exist, why is my order still stating pending when other orders placed well after mine have been shipped and fulfilled. Reading the forum it seems that there has been no order on Google's part in orders placed and orders processed from the launch of this device.
Being a real person and and as I write this note, a unhappy customer, I would really appreciate a response by a real person in regard to my order and its status, and not a canned message. Thank you.
