Anyone else finding that the screen timeout isn't working since 4.2.1? Mines set to 15 seconds yet if I set it down the display won't turn off? I have to do it manually

Stupid question, but I presume you are running off battery and not plugged in or resting on a wireless chargerpad?

If so, try powering off the phone (hold power button until menu pops up) and then restarting it (hold power button until phone vibrates).
