Okay, sorry to quote myself, but as quickly as that the UPS tracking was updated and expected delivery is THURSDAY!! Brilliant! I know I shouldn't be getting so excited over a phone but... Well, you guys understand.

I definitely know how frustrating that is. Have you contacted them? Just reply to the automated response you get when you click to get more detailed shipping info. Supposedly that goes to a real person. While I never got a response, I did get the credi card charge and change in shipping just a few hours after writing them.

It very well could be a coincidence and it was destined to be prepped at that point anyway, but perhaps someone did get the email, checked the order number and did something. It can't hurt to try.

ive tried calling them several times since last week after everyone got their shipping emails and even today..all i keep getting is "we will forward your case to a specialist" thats it. I never hear back from them its just ridiculous. I will try replying to the automated response now and see if it helps..thanks. if it doesnt come tmrw im gona be flipping tables

Yeah I won't have enough. They toke the pre-auth and now they think they didnt charge me but they did. So I do not have enough

This is not a good situation. But maybe they took it and it is your actual charge now? Or are you saying they took it as pre-auth, then refunded and are going to take it again before the original refund comes through? If so is the issue that you wont have enough money in the account?

Time zones are a magical thing Check where you are located and compare it to where it was shipped from.
