    I agree, Google voice is having some issues in 4.2 that I have not seen before. I am missing calls still after the update and like you mentioned when you open it there is a delay while it syncs (this uses data so I am sure data speed effects this). I am hoping Google speeds their GV edits, I use it for everything so I really need it to at least "mostly" work.
