Is that a GSM or CDMA carrier? What frequencies do they work on? That'll give us the answer right away.

I've been with them for a week everything is great. Data speed has been more than adequate.

I just got off the phone with CC support but my Nexus 4 was telling me the sim card would not allow me to connect to the network. They said Google has restriction that will not allow the phone to connect to AT&T/ConsumerCellular's network. Think that is BS, support is weak at CC for anything outside the box. Switching carriers, T-Mobile Value plan looks good with 2GB unlimited.

Are you looking at the $60 prepaid plan? If so you might take a look at Solavei (TMobile MVNO.) $49 unlimited plan and you get 4GB of unthrottled data. I've been very happy with them.
