nexus 4 internet speeds USA and Europe welcome

Hello I was doing a bit of messing about as I was only getting around 5mbps download, so I reset my phone and hey presto I'm getting just under 10mb on my nexus 4!!. Just copy the follow and fill your details in.

Network - EE
Speed - 9.7mbps upload 1.5mbps

I'm live in Boston, MA and I've had Verizon and Sprint as my ex carriers and I just switch to T-Mobile and figured speed would be good but be very spotty. I was wrong so far had the N4 for little under a month.
Sprint wimax highest : down 10mbps average 7mbps
Sprint wimax : upload capped around 1.50mbps
Verizon LTE:down highest 15-20mbps
Verizon LTE: up 8-10mbps
T-Mobile hspa+: 15-20mbps
T-Mobile hapa+: 3-7mbps
