Picture of Verizon Nexus 4

So, I have a subscription to Popular Science Magazine. I'm flipping through the pages and bam... page 11 of of the January 2013 issue. Its under a boot. It says Verizon 3G in the upper left. At first I assumed it was a Galaxy Nexus but if you look at the speaker grill its not the galaxy nexus its the nexus 4.

The time for some reason is in the middle instead of the right but I think its worth looking into.

If this was real, there would be Verizon branding all over the capacitive buttons (they *will* find a way).

The battery % in the top right of the phone makes me think its a poor chop.

Definitely a Nexus 4, but they shopped the bar at the top straight from an iPhone. I had to double check my Nexus 4, but that's definitely an iPhone up there.

Strange that Jellybean now has the exact same top bar as iOS6.

Seriously, this is a fake, and not even a good one.

Bad photoshop by the ad company. Not the first or last time its happened.

To them a smartphone is a smartphone...

when designers do images like that, the screens are always added in. they probably didn't know there is no Verizon nexus 4 and used parts from a galaxy nexus screen shot

As everyone else has pointed out, that top bar is definitely from the iPhone. Photoshop fail

Did anyone notice the front are those super drone planes china has wow?
