2 different noises in Nexus 4?!

So, as far as I read on internet there are 2 different noise sources in N4, 1st is rattle sound (because of autofocus) and the 2nd is due to earpiece.. The question is, did Google solve them? Because all threads I have read are in November (people who bought it on the first time Google sold it)
Anyone knows anything?

Its not an error. Autofocus will always make a sound if you shake it and for the ear piece its when you a app to monitor your proximity sensor so it is the users fault.

The earpiece noise is from the cell network. I just tested today by being able to listen to a downloaded podcast through the earpiece and there was no background noise there. I also noticed a different level of noises when calling over 3g and 2g.
