this has happened to me in both facebook messenger and the messaging app

when I receive a text or a message, I usually pull down the notification center from the lock screen (I don't unlock the phone)
I then tap on the notification which takes me to the app
when I try to reply, the keyboard appears, however I can't see what I'm typing as the app doesn't seem to sense that the keyboard is shown, the text bar is right at the bottom of the screen covered by the keyboard
now I have to exit the app and open it again, since the phone is unlocked now, it works fine

I'm using swiftkey 3.1 not sure if this is swiftkey related or android 4.2 related - any1 has this issue with stock android keyboard?

Doesn't happen with the stock keyboards, so I would assume it is a SwiftKey problem.
