UK order 16gb Nexus 4 Thursday 6th of December

I'm from the UK (London) December 6 order date, 5-6 week shipping estimate. My order was changed to 2nd Jan and estimated shipping date was changed to today (16th Jan) today. Spoke to a lovely support person who mentioned she thought they were about a week behind... no idea if she could have known this though.

Oh how the google logistics god taunts...

well i got my the first device on Dec 28th, 2012 but immediately encountered some faulty with the sim tray so i order the replacement str8 away and got a quote for 4-5 working days for the replacement device to arrive. It was NY period so i decided to give few extra days and on the Jan 8th, 2013 i gave Google another call since the order status stayed at pre-ordered since i placed the order. The agent check the stock and said it is shipping later that night and i got my replacement device the next morning which TNT attempted to deliver twice

Lol! good grief this really is pants!! so mine prob wont be delivered for another 2 weeks then. The wait continues... Anybody tempted to cncel nd get one off ebay or some other extortionate seller????

Not bad.
There's so many discrepancies that its hard to know whats happening with your order. Seems like pot luck really.

There are some things we should neglect - like how this guy I met on Twitter who ordered on the 6th and got the shipment email yesterday!!

Got mine today!!! ......................... Just joking.....I wish! Don't know difference could be when they expect to pass to courier and then when courier expects to deliver. Appears an email is sent when it ships. My shipping estimate remains 23/1 despite card being charged. Hope it's worth the wait!

Shipping is when they expect to send it, and TNT estimate 1-2 day delivery so the delivery estimate should just be two days later.

I have a feeling that the snow means nothing will happen till Monday now. Would be great to be proved wrong though!

I think you all ordered on 6th Dec with 5-6 or 6-7 weeks shipping estimate
looks like there is something odd about 5th Dec orders (one like me)
But luckily, I have recd something positive from them so hopefully someday....

Hi folks,
I just bought mine, 16 GB from the Carphone Warehouse on the 4th December as I could see a long wait ahead through Google. I did have to pay ?389 for it unlocked. At the same time, as now they were being sold on Amazon at ?500. I did see them on sale at ?700!!! I am very happy indeed up to yet with the phone. Lovely quality sound on bluetooth and really good video streaming picture quality for Sky Go, Youtube etc. Also I'm using Giff Gaff for calls which is very good and surprisingly cheap to use. If anyone wants a sim, let me know.

I'm so sorry for you guys still waiting, it must be very, very frustrating. let's hope they arrive soon.

yea waiting 7 weeks for a phone is a bit mad isn't it??? ?389 is still reasonable and to get it ASAP. fingers crossed maybe next friday!!!
