Google Wallet Help

I tried using my Google Wallet for the first time today at McDonald's, but it gave me an error. I'm pretty sure that it said "NFC Device detected..." How can I fix this? I'm using a Visa Gift Card that I received for Christmas.

Many here have been having issues with Google Wallet on the Nexus 4. Unfortunately Google seems clueless as to how to fix it.

Might be a dumb question, but did you verify that the card has been added to the phone?

And yes, as noted above, Google Wallet is problematic on the N4 for some reason. Some have no problems, others can't even get cards activated in the app. You may just have to put it aside until the Android team figures out what's going on.
