Battery life

As soon as I got home from work today, I plugged it in even though I still had 65% battery. This is around 12:30am. Around 2am it got fully charged so I unplugged it.

After 20mins, BAM! 47% battery left.

WTH is going on!?

lol some kinda crazy glitch?

Restart the phone, check the battery and if its not full plug it into the charger again.

That has to be a glitch in the way the phone calculates the batter charge. Try plugging it in for a while longer to see if it happens again. Your battery also might be bad. I had a similar thing happen with a brand new dell laptop battery.

I'll bet it's a rogue app that's constantly updating or something. That happened to me on my nexus s and I used this app to figure out it was beautiful widgets. I had the lockscreen widget enabled, and if I had no signal while the widget tried updating it would try updating again in 30 seconds....and every 30 seconds until I had a signal again and it could update. The pro version is worth the few $

It seems to be running fine again so probably a glitch like you guys said. Anyway, I'll keep my eyes on it and see how it goes.

It happened a couple of times already. -_-

From 60% battery to fully charged as soon as I plugged it. I'll try to run a battery calibration app.

Those are said not to work. Drain to 0% and then full charge it

Update: My battery stats keep resetting now.

Something is really wrong with my phone. Gonna try discharge/recharge thingy as soon as I got home.

it was yellow on mine. but I don't have a mobile data signal, i just had a bit of it when i received the nexus

you get yellow when there is no signal or if the signal is weak.. when its weak it will constantly search for the signal draining the battery.
This could be the case with OP. Green is good. yellow is bad. red is very bad.

mine is all green with a 3-4 yellow lines here and there
