Stupid question here. I have this random sound coming from my phone. I can't figure out what on earth it is. I don't have any new notifications. I just hear it randomly. If anyone knows what its for and how to shut it off that will be great.

It happened to me when somehow I was putting the phone on top of my wallet. It was the sound of nfc, as the phone was trying to get in touch with my oyster card (London travel card). I never had nfc before so it took me a bit of time to think about that..

Its not nfc. Its a tone with no vibration
