I ordered 16 Gb in the first place to avoid this.Quote:

I found a 16 GB for the same price that I paid for my 8 GB. I only lost $50 in eBay fees and shipping costs to sell my 8 GB, which is the usual price difference, so no biggie.Quote:

Yes I did.
Bought an 8GB since the 16GB was sold out on launch day. But the was able to reorder a 16GB on launch day.
The 8GB came in two weeks before the 16GB.
You bought two nexus 4's? Man, you are lucky. Well anyways... got 16GB in the beginning because i knew that would be a problem.
I originally thought that I could make do with using the Box.net cloud service, but accessing files there just isn't the same.Quote:

use a file manager that can edit online files, it is much easier i'm pretty sure. box.net SUCKS. well the application does.Quote:

It's free due to the promotion, though. I don't know of any other cloud service that offers that much storage space. This phone is great, but Google was foolish to get rid of microSD support. Consumers now have to buy an entirely new device if they underestimate how much space that they need.Quote:

How is that foolish? Google got you to buy two phones. They might call that a win.Quote:

Lol
They didn't "get rid" of MicroSD support. Nexus phones never had it in the first place.Quote:

Google wants you to move your files to the cloud, not to another piece of hardware.Quote:

That's not true. My nexus one certainly had a micro sd card slotQuote:

noooo i mean use a file manager edittor on your phone that can connect to box.net. I'm using solid explorer and i can jump to the box.com account and manage my stuff from there, easier to watch and download to my sd cardQuote:

I just got my 16 GB a few weeks ago. I was only able to get the 8gb on launch day. I already knew I was gonna sell off my 8gb and get the 16gb. I made the 8gb work. I have great T-Mobile service where I'm at but I still wanted piece of mind at the end of the day.

Settled for an 2x 8gb today as the misses really wanted it. I don't store music on my phone so will cope... hopefully. Some ***** took money out my account and when they put it back in the 16 was sold out
Today? What country are you in? In the US I see the Nexus as still in stock with 1-2 week shipping window.Quote:

I really don't want to have to download files every time I want to access them, delete them, and then download them again the next time I want to access them. There are also some places in my area where I get no internet service, or only get EDGE, so streaming isn't always an option for me. Rural areas and the subways are prime examples. I usually listen to my music and surf the web during my 3-4 hour daily commute to and from.Quote:
