Purchasing Error?

First world problems, won't proceed after waiting since nov 13th.
Anyone else with this issue? used multiple computers and browsers even forking out extra cash to loan the misses.

it came back on stock in austalia and people are hijacking the wallet. try again in 2-3 minutes

Sounds good, going out so I might get the misses to keep doing it. Mean while on the phone to a nice guy at google .
Apparently wait an hour or two as they are "working on the issue". Phone help is miles ahead of their email help.
