How do I change the ISO setting in the stock camera app ?

I know that if I tap the stupid circle I can change EV, but I want to know if can set the ISO.

Since ISO is adjusting camera sensitivity to light, I would think you can do this from the Exposure option.

Adjust Camera settings - Nexus Help

All this will do is adjust the exposure up or down from the ISO setting that the camera picks. There is no indication of what the ISO is and i want to be able to pick my own ISO.

Will installing a camera app override the the stock app and allow me more flexibility ?

Try this one. Says you can control ISO...I have my doubts, but I've never tried it.
