box.net free cloud storage
Hey everybody I thought I'd let you guys know that box.net extend its offer for 50g of free storage. So if your a new nexus 4 owner like me and you download the box.net app and sign up you will get an email saying you have been upgraded to 50gb from 5. They extended the offer until 12/31/13 so you don't have to rush haha. I am not trying to advertise for the company I just thought I'd let you guys get in on the action.

Re: box.net free cloud storage
Haven't tried this one yet. Is it as nice as Evernote (I only use it for notes) or something like Skydrive?
Your wondering why would I use these I like evernote just for short notes, skydrive for pc/download work notes and considering dropbox or another service just for large files or pictures.
Cheers, I might look into this when my nexus comes.

Re: box.net free cloud storage
Box is great cloud storage. I've used then since my Palm Pre+ days. Started with fifty gig right from the start. Easy to share files and folders too. It's hard to complain about free.
why would you not get a Nexus device?Palm IIIxe, Handspring Prism, Sony CLie, Tapwave Zodiac, Centro(AT&T), Palm Pre Plus(AT&T), Nook Color, HP Touchpad-32, HP Veer, Samsung Galaxy Note(AT&T), Nexus 7 (32), Nexus 4 (16) - 02-06-2013, 06:47 AM #4

Re: box.net free cloud storage
Signed up for Box tonight and got the 50GB! So I have signed up for Google Drive, Box and Google Play Music since getting my Nexus 4. Maybe Google is on to something since I never would have signed up if I did not have a Nexus 4. Even my Nexus 7 has enough storage 32GB and my Note 2 has a 64GB Micro SD card.
I guess they do only put 16 GB on the Nexus 4 so you will try out and use the cloud. Although I predict a 32 GB Nexus phone some day!Galaxy S4 (32GB), Galaxy Note 2 (AT&T), Nexus 7 (32GB)
and yes...an iPhone 5 too... - 02-08-2013, 11:19 PM #7

Re: box.net free cloud storage
Thanks.
Got:
-50GB from Box
-50GB (for 2yrs) from DropBox
Google needs to step it up, 5GB cloud storage isn't enough nowadays.
