The glass isn't easily replaceable, but I know the official bumper helps to keep the back from directly sitting on surfaces.

If you aren't worried about serious shock protecting and just want to avoid back scratches, I would suggest a diztronic, rearth or meifeng quicksand case. All are fairly cheap, slim, and add some much needed grip. Otterboxes they are not, so drop protection (and the bulk that comes with it) should be found elsewhere.
