I do not know if this has been answered or not!
I got a really good offer from T-mobile to get Nexus 4 for being a loyal customer . However, I always travel overseas and I have many different SIM cards for the countries I go to. My question is:
Can I use the Nexus 4 offered by T-mobile with other carriers? Is it unlocked or I have to call T-mobile to unlock it for me before I travel?
