    its unlocked even if you buy it from T-mobile. so, yes, it can be used with ATT

    It's the exact same phone as you buy from the Google Play store. Completely unlocked. The one and only difference is the price.

    Why you'd want to spend $550 instead of $349 I've no idea, but... I love the phone, wouldn't trade it for anything, but it's not worth a $200 convenience fee.
