A couple years ago when my Nexus S was stolen he popped his SIM in which automatically sent me:
-its GPS location (across the street from my office)
-his picture (snapped from the front-facing camera)
-his SIM info (including his #)
He then proceeded to Factory Reset it...but I had rooted it (and installed it as a "System" App) so it survived!
I then proceeded to:
-listen-in on him
-went to his location
That's where the "fun" began using my backup phone...
-waited for him in the lobby
-locked him out
-posted a message on-screen
-forced it to ring at full volume "the Dancing Hamsters" song
As he fumbled through his bag I approached him to retrieve my phone.
He was baffled but learned then & there the power of Android!
And no, we didn't scuffle or anything like that. We weren't in an alley - we were both in business suits so to not cause a scene in his office lobby it went smoothly.
I turned around, tossed his SIM in the trash (he forgot to remove it) & walked away.
By far the best 5$ I ever spent!
That's too funny!! Awesome story... thanx!
